Melta Delivery Policy

Packaging and Care

We carefully package every chocolate order to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. Each shipment is insulated with protective materials and may include cooling gel packs during warmer months to protect the quality and integrity of the chocolates.

Shipping Schedule

Local deliveries within the same city/town area will be made on the same day if the order is placed before 7 PM. This ensures prompt delivery while maintaining the quality of the chocolates.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times are estimated in all days. While we strive to meet these estimates, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or weather. Delays do not entitle you to refunds.

Receipt of Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available, the carrier may leave the package at a safe location if authorized or attempt redelivery. Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur redelivery charges.

Shipping to Warm Locations

For shipments to warmer climates or during summer months, we recommend delivering to workplaces or addresses where someone can promptly receive the package to avoid melting. We use temperature-controlled packaging but cannot guarantee melt-free delivery beyond the initial transit period.

Substitutions

Occasionally, substitutions of items of equal or greater value within orders may be necessary to meet delivery commitments.
